Very heavy riff laden album, with sonic body, great hooks and smoke-tastic crushing headbanging energy. Great low-fi indie stoner production quality without any commercialized gloss. Roll, light and burn. Viewer Distortion Advised

It was the third time I heard BlackJack Mountain live, and "Witch Of The Swamp", for the second time, that made me want to own a copy of this song. yardbyrd

It's almost impossible to pick a favorite song, this whole album is an instant doom metal classic! Truly one of the best new artists of the genre!! veganfabio

Extremely atmospheric and quite varied, but not as polished as their later work. Still stands well on its own though. At first I was weirded out by the short instrumental tracks, but now I *really* dig them. dan-rod
